We serve residential projects across South Florida, primarily in Miami-Dade and Broward. If your property is outside those areas, share the location with us and we will confirm whether we can take on the project.

Yes, the estimate is free and does not commit you to hiring us. We first learn about your project, review the space, and prepare a proposal so you can clearly evaluate the scope, materials, and price.

You do not need exact measurements or a finished design. You can start with an idea, reference photos, and an approximate location; during the site visit we verify dimensions and turn your priorities into a clear scope.

We handle the municipal permits required for the contracted scope. If your community or homeowners association has additional requirements, we review them early and coordinate the necessary documentation with you to prevent surprises later.

Timing depends on the design, material availability, permits, and site conditions. The proposal identifies the expected stages, and our team keeps you informed if an approval or outside condition changes the schedule.

Pricing reflects the dimensions, design, materials and finishes, site preparation, and applicable permits. We describe the scope in the proposal so you know what is included before making a decision.

We coordinate access and protect the work area during installation. Once the work is complete, we review the result with you, leave the space clean, and explain maintenance and the warranty coverage stated in your proposal or contract.

Only with your permission. Before taking or publishing photos, we ask for your approval and agree on which areas may be shown. If you accept, we can document the space before work begins and the finished result for our portfolio. You can decline without affecting your service.

After handoff, we ask for your honest feedback about the experience. If you would like to share it, we request separate permission before publishing it as a testimonial and agree on how your name and project will appear. Participation is optional and does not affect your warranty or follow-up service.
