What you give us directly

When you fill out the quote request form: your name, email, phone number, approximate location, ZIP code, the project type and budget you chose, and any reference images you decide to attach.

What is collected automatically

Your IP address, and the browser and device you use. When you submit a request, we may also store campaign parameters present in the URL —for example utm_source, utm_campaign, or Google and Meta click identifiers— to understand which channel generated the contact. This internal attribution does not depend on analytics cookies.

What we don't collect

This site does not process payments and never asks for card or bank account details: estimates and contracts are handled directly with our team, off the site.

• To respond to your quote request and follow up on it.
• To call or text you about your request, only if you gave your express consent in the form.
• To measure which ad campaigns generate real requests, if you gave marketing consent.
• To protect the form against automated submissions and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to operate the site, acting on our behalf under their own confidentiality commitments: hosting and storage (Cloudflare), form abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), email delivery (Resend), and video hosting (Cloudflare Stream). If error monitoring is enabled, Sentry may receive the technical data needed to diagnose failures. If you gave marketing consent, we send a pseudonymized, hashed version of your email and phone to Google Ads and Meta, solely to measure which ad led to your request. A hash is not treated as anonymous simply because it is one-way.

Before loading any analytics or advertising tool, we show a notice so you can accept or decline it. Your choice is saved in your own browser, and you can change it anytime from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Declining cookies does not remove information you voluntarily submit in the form or campaign parameters that accompany that request; those parameters are used only for internal attribution. Events and contact data sent to Google Ads or Meta also require your optional marketing consent.

We keep request data for as long as it is needed to respond and manage the business relationship. The application has a process ready to anonymize requests that did not become projects and requests that did, but the specific periods must be confirmed with legal counsel before automatic deletion is activated. When the approved period ends, we automatically and irreversibly delete your name, email, phone, location, and contact identifiers, keeping only aggregated data that cannot identify you (for example, which service was requested and which campaign it came from). Any images you attached are deleted as well.

You can ask us at any time to access your information, correct it, delete it ahead of the usual retention period, or withdraw your contact or marketing consent. Write to the contact details on this page and we will handle your request.

We protect your information with restricted access, encrypted connections, and two-factor authentication for our team. No system is perfect, but we handle your data with the same care we would expect for our own.

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We may update this policy when what we do with your information changes. The date of the last revision appears at the bottom of this page.
